18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement
DB Sex is primarily an adult video discovery, indexing and linking service. It does not itself create the third-party visual depictions that appear in partner catalog entries unless a page expressly states otherwise.
Updated: September 2026Third-party material
Catalog entries may describe or link to material made available by independent producers, publishers or partner sites. Record-keeping obligations applicable to that material are the responsibility of the persons or entities to whom those obligations apply, and records are ordinarily maintained by the original producer or custodian identified by the originating service.
No representation about every external source
DB Sex does not represent that every external website is subject to the same jurisdiction, record-keeping regime or disclosure format. Users should consult the originating site for producer and custodian information relating to a particular video.
Material directly produced by the site
If DB Sex directly produces or publishes material for which federal record-keeping obligations apply, required records will be maintained and made available as required by applicable law. Nothing on this page is intended to waive any legal obligation that may apply.
Age and illegal-content reports
The site is intended for adults only. Any suspected sexual content involving a minor, exploitation, trafficking or other unlawful conduct should be reported immediately through the Report Illegal process and, where there is an immediate risk, to the appropriate authorities.
